Josh Belcher drives t he #3 Open Wheel Class car.  He lives in Morgantown, KY.  He races at McCoy Motors Speedway, Bluegrass Speedway, Soggy Bottoms Speedway and Clinton County Speedway.

He started racing in 1998 in the Street Stock Class at Soggy Bottoms Speedway as a 2nd generation driver.  In 2000 Josh was the Soggy Bottoms Speedway Track Champion and in 2003 he had his first Open Wheel win.

The thrill of racing for Josh is the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first race at age 17.  He's most proud of never quitting.
