Billy J. Jewell drives the #8 Chevette Class car.  His home track is Ponderosa Speedway.  He lives in Springfield, KY.

Team members helping Billy are:  Tabitha Jewell, Randy & Cindi Maybrier.  Billy & Rachel Jewell are the car owners.

Billy started racing in 1995 in the Chevette and Modified Class at Ponderosa Speedway and Bluegrass Speedway because of the family business.  His first win was in 1996 in the Chevette Class at Ponderosa Speedway.  Career highlights include winning Feature and a Heat in '07.

The thrill of racing for Billy is going fast and the family doing it together.  His most exciting racing moment was going to winning circle the first time.  He's most proud of Top 10 Points finish each year.
