Shon Flanary drives the #98 Open Wheel Modified Class car.  His home track is Ponderosa Speedway.  He lives in Mt. Carmel, TN.

Shon started racing in 2003 in the Open Wheel Class at 201 Speedway.  His first win was in '04 in the Open Wheel Class at 201 Speedway.  Career highlights include 17 wins at different tracks in '07.

The thrill of racing for Shon is running side by side for the win.  His most exciting racing moment was his first BoB Mod win this year at Florence Speedway.
