Sidney Spraue drives the #1x Late Model Class car. He live sin Lexington, Ky. His home track is Richmond Raceway but he can also be found racing at Junction City, Lake Cumberland and Half Mountain Speedways.

He began racing in  1996 in Bomber Class at Clay City as a hobby. His first win was n 1999 in Modified Class at Fleming County Raceway. Career highlights include, three Heat Race wins in the 1st year of Late Model.

The thrills of racing for him are the excitement and competition. His most exciting racing moment was his first Feature win in Modified. He is most proud of his ability to be competitive in the different classes he has raced in.

Sidney's racing hero is Jeff Gordon.

Of racing, Sidney says, "Being able to make friendships with other drivers and team, be able to race  side by side and still stay friends after the race is over".
