Jeff Harper drives the #91 Rusty Bolt Clas car.  His home track is Windy Hollow Speedway.  He lives in Tell City, IN.

Team members helping Jeff are:  Steve, Aaron, Brad, Ed Harper, Glenn Poehlein. 

Jeff started racing in 2006 in the Rusty Bolt Class at Windy Hollow Speedway because he grew up around racing. 

The thrill of racing for Jeff is the fun.  His most exciting racing moment was leading a Heat race.
