Freddie Garmon drives the #10 Open Wheel Class car. He lives in Glasgow, KY. His home track is Bluegrass Speedway but can also be found racing at the Battle of the Bluegrass.

 He started racing in 1980 in Go-Karts at Summer Shade. His first win was same year at Summer Shade. Career highlights include the Northern Allstars Race at Bardstown in 2000.
