Raffo Elmore drives the #15 Open Wheel Modified Class car.  His home track is Bluegrass Speedway.  He lives in Bardstown, KY.

Team members helping Raffo are:  Kelli Elmore - wife, Patrick Perkins, Gerals & Rita Lucas, Josh Lucas, Tony & T J Tatum.

Raffo started racing in 2006 in the Open Wheel Class at Bluegrass Speedway because he enjoys the feeling and the thrill. 

The thrill of racing for Raffo is the speed and the feel of the car on the track.  His most exciting racing moment was when he started his first Battle of the Bluegrass Feature.  He's most proud of leading the Rookie Points and having his wife, Kelli, help him.

Raffo's racing hero is Don O'Neal.

Of racing, Raffo says, "Racing is safe and entertaining!".
