He started racing
in 1986 in the Street Stock Class at Taylor County Speedway because he
loved to go fast. His first win was in 1987 in the Street Stock Class at
Taylor County Speedway. Career highlights include 6 Track Championships in
Street Stock, 2 of which were in 1992 at Ponderosa Speedway and Lake
Cumberland Speedway. He also won the 2000 Fall Classic at Ponderosa.
