Leonard Pierce drives the #1P Open Wheel Modified Class car.  His home track is Bluegrass Speedway.  He lives in Russell Springs, KY.

Team members helping Leonard are:  Patty Pierce, Charles Shaw, Jeff Bradley, Hank Bradley and Cheryl Bradley.  Leonard and Betty Pierce are the car owners.

Leonard Pierce started racing in 1998 in the Bomber Class at Barren Speedway because of his love of speed and excitement.  His first win was that same year.

The thrill of racing for Leonard is beating the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was when he ran the Patriot 100 in 2004.  He's most proud of finishing 2nd in the Bob Series Championship. 

Leonard's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
