Nathan Gaines drives the #5x Limited Modified Class car.  His home track is Lonestar Speedway.  He lives in Gladewater, TX.

Team members helping Nathan are:  Bobby Gaines, Kendall Gaines, Jack Williams, Liz Ann Williams, Tony Williams.  Bobby Gaines is the car owner.

Nathan started racing in 1999 in the Jr. 1 Go Kart Class at Bayou Cajun Raceway because it was a good thing for the family to get together.  His first win was in 2000 in the Jr. 2 Class at Bayou Cajun Raceway.  Career highlights include being a while since he moved to the bigger cars but they are working on it.

The thrill of racing for Nathan is the speed, finese, friends and family.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the Oklahoma Sooner Classic.  He's most proud of enjoying the life and atmosphere of racing. 

Nathan's racing hero is Tony Stewart.
