Bryan Hernandez drives the #18z Midwest Modified Class car.  His home track is Chateau Raceway but he can also be found racing at Deer Creek Speedway.  He lives in Blooming Prairie, MN.

Bryan started racing in 1982 in the Bomber Class at Chateau Raceway because he watched as a kid and for the thrill of the sport.  Career highlights include '02 Chateau Raceway Track Championship and the Midwest Modified Fall Nationals Champion, and finished 9th in the National Points, '04 Chateau Raceway Track Champion, '06 Chateau Raceway Track Champion, and finished 2nd in Track Points at Deer Creek Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Bryan is the rush and the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first Track Championship in '02.  He's most proud of being competitive and consistent.

Byran's racing hero is Mark Martin.

Of racing, Bryan says, "It's fun and exciting!  The 3 Tap Rule:  1st Tap - I'm here, 2nd Tap - Pick a line, 3rd Tap - I'll move ya!".
