Josh Mattick drives the #1m USRA Modified Class car.  His home track is Chateau Raceway but he can also be found racing at Kasson Speedway.  He lives in Austin, MN.

Josh started racing in 2003 in the A-Modified Class at Chateau Raceway because his Dad raced for 18 years.  Josh's first win was in '03 in the Pure Stock Class at Chateau Raceway.  Career highlights include 7 wins in Pure Stock in his Rookie year.

The thrill of racing for Josh is the adrenaline rush.  His most exciting racing moment was when he won the Heat race and rolled in the Feature Race the second night he'd been in a race car.  He's most proud of being competitive.

Josh's racing hero is his Dad.
