Karl Hewitt Jr. drives the #3K Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Deer Creek Speedway.  He lives in Carver, MN.

Karl started racing in 1993 in the Short Tracker Class at Raceway Park in Shakopee MN because where else can you drive like a maniac and not get in trouble?  His first win was in 1995 in the Hobby Stock Class at Arlington Speedway.  He's had lots of wins.

The thrill of racing for Karl is making the car fast and, of course, winning!  His most exciting racing moment was winning a race for his daughter when she was in the hospital.

Karl's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.

Of racing, Karl says, "Try it, it's fun!".
