Mike Sorensen drives the #19 Modified Class car.  His home track is Deer Creek Speedway but he can also be found racing at Tri-Oval Speedway.  He lives in Rochester, MN.

Team members helping Mike are:  Scott Kautz, Monte Vickers, Jeff Hemker, Steve Faulhaber, Dustin Sorensen, Elaine Sorensen, LeRoy Paulson. 

Mike started racing in 1984 in the Modified Class at Tri-Oval Speedway because his Dad raced so he's been around it "forever".  His first win was in '84 in the Modified Class at Chateau Raceway.  Career highlights include 3--+ Feature wins, 20 Track Championships.

The thrill of racing for Mike is the challenge and the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the Wissota 100.  He's most proud of helping young racers by sharing his experience.
