Eric Johnson drives the #1J Street Stock
Class car. His home track is Potomac Speedway but he can also be
found racing at Winchester Speedway. He lives in Nokesville, VA.

Eric started racing in 1992 in the
Street Stock Class at Hagerstown Speedway because it's in the family.
His first win was in '97 in the Street Stock Class at Winchester
Speedway. Career highlights include '05 Southern MD Nationals
winner, '97 , '00 Winchester 200 winner, Mike Clore Memorial wins,
flipping down the straight away at Potomac Speedway.
The thrill of racing for Eric is
winning. His most exciting racing moment was winning the
Nationals. He's most proud that he's still doing it!
Eric's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
Of racing, Eric says, "It's addictive.
It's the only sport that I can't go fast enough to make Dad (car owner)
happy!".
