Frank started racing in 1983 in the

Speedway. His first win was in '84 in the Limited Late Model Class
at Hagerstown Speedway. Career highlights include Rookie of
the Year in Late Model at Hagerstown Speedway in '88, Hagerstown
Speedway Late Model wins, Bedford, Wimber, Dog Hollow and Winchester
wins.
The thrill of racing for Frank is
getting into the car and starting the race. His most exciting
racing moment was winning a Run-Whatever-Brought race at Bedford.
Beating Denny Bonebrake for one of Frank's first Late Model wins at
Hagerstown Speedway. He's most proud of still being able to race
with all of the good drivers all these years.
Frank's racing heroes are Tim Peck on
dirt, Bill Elliott and Mark Martin.
Of racing, Frank says, "It is a great
sport to get young people into keeping them out of trouble. You
meet a lot of great people!".
