Nick Shotko drives the #19 Engine Pro Super Stock and Coors Lite Late Model Class car.  His home track is Berlin Raceway.  He lives in Grand Rapids, MI.

Team members helping Nick are:  Crew Chief - John Vandenend, Car Owners - Don & Brian Dewitt, Dad - Bill Shotko Sr., Brother - Billy Shotko.

Nick started racing in 1999 in the Sportsman Class at Berlin Raceway because the sport just grew on him and he followed in his brother's and Dad's footsteps.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include working for D&B Motorsports.

The thrill of racing for Nick is racing with family.  His most exciting racing moment was starting 9th in a race and going to the lead in 20 laps, then back to the rear of field and through traffic to the lead again in same race.  he's most proud of having the knowledge of building the car and then driving the finished product.

Nick's racing hero is Butch Miller.

Of racing, Nick says, "Got to go to school before you go to work!  Learn about the car and its workings before you drive it!".
