Kyle drives the #21 Modified Class car.  His home track is Lake Ozark Speedway but he can also be found racing at Callaway Raceway.  He lives in Jefferson City, MO.

Team members helping Kyle are:  John Thoenen, Allen Thoenen, Eric Backes.  John Thoenen is the car owner.

Kyle started racing in 2004 in the Modified Class at Lake Ozark Speedway because he'd been around racing ever since he was walking so he felt like the right thing to do.  Career highlights include winning his first Heat race, finishing 2nd to one of his racing heroes, racing in the he 2006 State Fair race in Sedalia, MO.

The thrill of racing for Kyle is being in control of a car that is on the edge of out of control.  His most exciting racing moment was spinning out and grazing the wall at the finish of the race.  He's most proud of having the opportunity to race against people he watched race when he was a child.

Kyle's racing hero is "Jumpin" Jimmy Turpin.

Of racing, Kyle says, "Racing is a sport!  You win some, you lose some, but you suit up for them all!".
