Kali Deloach drives the #29 Modified Class car.  Her home track is Columbus Speedway but she can also be found racing at Magnolia Speedway.  She lives in Columbus, MS.

Team members helping Kali are:  Lee Ray!  Her main person.  She races for her Grandad.  He is her pit crew!  John Collins is the car owner.

Kali started racing in 2005 in the Hot Shot class at Columbus Speedway because she has been going to races since she was 4 years old.  Lee Ray inspired her to race.  He is like her brother and he races Modifieds.  Her first win was that same year.  Career highlights include racing at Talladega (Hot Shot) coming from 13th to 6th. 

The thrill of racing for Kali is that it's always a challenge.  You also never know what is in store for you.  Her most exciting racing moment was passing her first car in her Modified.  Also winning her first race in her Hot Shot and when she did her Grandad was running down the track and he was more excited than Kali was!  She's most proud of getting better every time she races and keeping her head up!

Kali's racing hero is Lee Ray #2.

Of racing, Kali says, "It's a very fun, interesting sport.  But if you are doing it as a job, then you don't need to do it.  It's a sport, not a job! But, yes, it's very fun!".
