James Inmon,
James, drives the # 94 Mini Stock. He is from West
Point, Mississippi and works as a carpenter for Holiman Construction in
Columbus. James has been racing for 4 years. Married for 19 years, he
and his wife, Kathy, have two daughters, Heather, 18 and Sarah, 9. James'
favorite dirt track driver is Paul Ware, and his favorite asphalt
driver is Bill Elliott.
James says after helping a friend, Franklin Arney, build a
race car, they took it to CMS for a race, and James was hooked. The
number of his car used to be Bill Elliott's number. James says his future
plans are to build another car for next year and to keep racing. His
biggest influence is Pro Street driver, Paul Ware. The highlight of James
racing career was winning the first heat race at Atomic Speedway. His
scariest moment was getting T-boned in the door at Louisville and having
to be taken by ambulance to the hospital.
James would like to
thank Paul Ware for all of his help. His sponsors include, Almound
Printing, Aberdeen and DH Construction, Columbus.
