Michael Horton


   Limited Late Model 

Michael started racing in 1992 in the Street Stock Division at Friendship Motor Speedway and 311 Speedway. He got his first win in 1993 in the Street Stock division at Friendship Motor Speedway.

 The thrill of racing for Michael is the speed and he also likes dirt. He won two races back to back last year and is very proud of those wins. He enjoys racing and likes to drive. 

His goal is for nobody to get mad and hopes he finishes well. 

Michael would like to thank Carl and Betty Horton his mom and dad, Winkie McGee, K&M Grading, Michael and Shannon, Kenneth McGee, Glen Garrison Heavy Equipment, Wayne Shelton and Tony Hayes. 

His racing hero’s are Mark Martin and Rusty Wallace. 

If your behind his car on or at the race track you’ll see  and hear his favorite saying, “I didn’t tell ya did I”.
