Chris Knight

Chris Knight drives the #10 Super Late Model Class car.  He lives in Lawsonville, NC.  His home track is 311 Speedway but he can also be found racing all along the East Coast.  People who help Chris are:  Mandy Knight, John, Dean and Dad.  Car owner is Bugs Knight.

He started racing in 1995 in the Stock 4 Class at Oak Level for the love of it.  His first win was in 2000 in the Limited Sportsman Class at 311 Speedway.  Career highlights include 6th in Points in 2002 in the Carolina Clash and 2nd in the Rookie Points that same year.

The thrill of racing for Chris is the speed and competition and the fans.  His most exciting racing moment was his first Feature win. 

Chris's racing hero is Scott Bloomquist.

Of racing, Chris says, "It's a very expensive hobby and people need to get more big businesses involved with sponsorship!".
