Billy Robbins drives the #19 Stock 4 Class car.  His home track is 311 Speedway.  He lives in Hamptonville, NC.

Team members helping Billy are:  Belinda Robbins, Susan Stokes, Maggie Stokes, Jr Pack.  Kenneth and Susan Stokes are the car owners.

Billy started racing in 1992 in the Stock 4 Class at Friendship Speedway and 311 Speedway because he loves racing.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 1994 Stock 4 Championship, 1992 Rookie of the Year.

The thrill of racing for Billy is the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first race.  He's most proud of all of the wins in 60 races.

Billy's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
