Todd Duggins drives the #99 Limited Late Model Class car.  He lives in Walnut Cove, NC.  His home track is The New 311 Speedway but he can also be found racing at Oak Level Raceway.

He started racing in 1982 in the Pure Stock Class at 311 Speedway for fun.  His first win was in 2000 in the Limited Late Model at 311 Speedway.  He had 2 wins in 2000 and finished 2nd in the Points.

The thrill of racing for Todd is the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win.  He's most proud of his 2nd place finish in the Points.
