Don Cook drives the #3 Super Stock Class car at Ace Speedway.  He lives in Mebane, NC.  His Home Track is Ace Speedway.

Don's #3 car is the green and silver Chevy McChildress.

He started racing in 1987 in the Thunder & Lightning Class at Ace Speedway because he had seen neighbors with race cars.  His first win was in '87 in the Thunder & Lightning Class at Ace Speedway and Madison.  In 1988 and 1989 Don was the Track Champion at Ace and Madison with 22 wins!  In 1997 he was the Super Stock Champion with 9 wins.

The thrill of racing for Don is the speed!  He's most proud of doing more with less money and more knowledge!

Dale Earnhardt is Don's racing hero.
