Bill Wilder drives the #71 Modified Class car.  He lives in Winston-Salem, NC.  His Home Track is Ace Speedway.  

Bill's #71 car is the white with blue Chevy.

He started racing in 1971 in the Hobby Class at Boman Gray Stadium because a friend had a car and worked at the same shop.  His first win was in 1972 at Franklin County.  He's won 2 Track Championships at Bowman  in 1976 and 1986.

The thrill of racing for Bill is the competition......loves competition!  He's most proud of his 1986 Track Championship.

Dale Earnhardt Sr. is Bill's racing hero.

Of racing, Bill says, "It will be alright!".
