Casey Kepley Jr.

Casey Kepley, Jr. drives the #3 Limited Late Model Class car.  He lives in Winston-Salem, NC.  His home track is Caraway Speedway but he can also be found racing at Hickory and Friendship.

Casey's #3 car is the red, silver, and fluorescent yellow Chevy, Hall Race Cars, Banks Engines.

He started racing in 1997 in the Street Stock Class at Bowman Gray Stadium because his father raced so as soon as he could, he started.  His first win was in 2001 in the Limited Late Model at Caraway Speedway.  Career highlights include his first win and leading in the Points for half of the season until his finances got short.  Without the money, it's been hard to keep going.

The thrill of racing for Casey is the competition mostly but he likes controlling something that is out of control!  His most exhilarating racing moment was his first win as his father was in the hospital and Casey wasn't sure his father would make it plus all the hard work that went into winning.  He's most proud that he's a fierce competitor but also a clean driver.

Dale Earnhardt is Casey's racing hero.
