Josh Harwell drives the #17 Stock 4 Class car.  His home track is I-77 Speedway but he can also be found racing at Carolina Speedway.  He lives in Concord, NC.

Team members helping Josh are:  Mom, Dad, Robbie & Elizabeth Thies, Grandparents - Kenneth, Penny, Kenny, Tiffany Cook, John Jackson.  Ronda and Jeff Harwell are the car owners.

Josh started racing in 2004 in the Rookie 4 Class at East Lincoln Speedway  because his Dad raced.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 3 wins in Rookie 4 (2 in 2004, 1 in 2005), finished 8th in Points in 2005, finished 3rd in Super Stock 4 in Points.

The thrill of racing for Josh is going fast.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first race.  He's most proud of finishing 3rd in Super Stock 4 at I-77 Speedway.
