Guy V. Piercy Jr. drives the #14 Street Stock 8 Class car at Carolina Speedway.  He lives in Charlotte, NC.  People who have helped him are:  Bill Greenway, Geri Piercy III, Kenney Coby, Vester Piercy, Birb, James, Chris.

He started racing in 2000 in the Limited Sportsman Class at Carolina Super Speedway after he and his wife went to East Lincoln to watch.  It looked easy, so he just bought one.  The thrill of racing for Guy is having fun and just doing the best that you can.  His most exciting racing moment was watching a guy wreck in front of him and seeing him fly in the air, hoping he didn't land on Guy.  He's most proud of being safe and 5th place in the Points.

Guy's racing hero is Ernie Ervin.

Of racing, Guy says, "Have plenty of money, just do it to have fun!".
