Brandon Whitely drives the #16 Pure Stock 4 Class car.  His home track is Carolina Speedway.  He lives in Cramerton, NC.

Team members helping Brandon are:  Andy McGuinues, Uncle Lawrence, Dad, Mom.  Steve Whitley is the car owner.

Brandon started racing in 2000 in the Purple Plate Go Kart Class at Early Bird Lane because one of his friends raced.  His first win was in '01 in the Purple Plate Class at Early Bird Lane.  Career highlights include '01 17 Wing Track Champion at Early Bird Lane, '07 5 wins, two 2nd place finishes and only raced 7 races at Cody's Pride and Hanging Rock.

The thrill of racing for Brandon is the challenge and the adrenaline rush.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win at Cody's Pride.  He's most proud of all his crew that help him race without them he wouldn't be racing.

Brandon's racing heroes are Fergy and Dale Earnhardt Sr.
