Jamie McCombs drives the #17 Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Carolina Speedway but he can also be found racing at Thunder Valley Speedway.  He lives in Lincolnton, NC.

Jamie started racing in 2005 in the Street Stock Class at Carolina Speedway because he loves racing.  Career highlights include best finish #5 and has finished in the top 10 many times.

The thrill of racing for Jamie is the speed and the smell of the fuel.  His most exciting racing moment is just getting out there to race.  He's most proud of the start of the season. 

Jamie's racing heroes are Freddy Smith and Barrett Bradshaw.
