David Dick
#3
David Dick drives the #3 Super Late Model
Class car. His home track is 311 Speedway. He lives in
Summerfield, NC. People who have helped him are: Eric Duncan,
Gene Robertson and Ray Robertson.
David started racing in 1999 in the 4
Cylinder Stock 4 Class at 311 Speedway because after helping his uncle on
his 4 Cylinder when David was 14 years old, his Mom wouldn't sign for him
to buy a car so when he turned 18, he took his graduation money and bought
his 4 Cylinder. His first win was that same year. Career
highlights include 2001 win at East Lincoln, $4000 to win running a steel
head in a Super Late Model race. He finished 2nd in the Points in
2002 at 311 Speedway.
The thrill of racing for David is the
adrenalin rush. His most exciting racing moment was his win at East
Lincoln. He's most proud of moving from 4 Cylinders to Late Models
(steel head) the 2nd year of racing.
David's racing hero is Tony Stewart.
His favorite racing websites are
www.4m.net and
