Stephen Watts drives the #6 Crate Sportsman Class car.  His home track is Carolina Speedway but he can also be found racing at Cherokee Super Speedway.  He lives in Dallas, NC.

Team members helping Stephen are:  Steve & Shirley Watts, Paw Paw & Maw Maw, Mom, Tim Kirkpatric, Aunt Nicole & Uncle Troy, Shelly Kirkpatric and all of his family.  Paw Paw (Steve Watts) is the car owner.

Stephen started racing in 2010 in the Crate Sportsman Class at Caroline Speedway and Cherokee Super Speedway, because he grew up going to Dirt Tracks and wanted to try it.  Career highlights include finishing 3rd at Cherokee Super Speedway his first year racing. 

The thrill of racing for Stephen is the speed and competition.  His most exciting racing moment was Halloween Night at Cherokee Super Speedway.  He's most proud that he's made it through his Rookie Year without destroying his car. 

Stephen's racing heroes are Big John and Little John Pursley.

Of racing, Stephen says, "That it's fun and exciting trying to outrun and outsmart your competition!".
