Ray Dockery lives in Cleveland, N.C. His home track is East Lincoln but he can also be found racing at Carolina and Lancaster.

He began racing in 1986 in Go Karts at Millbridge because he had always wanted to race as a child. His first win was in Go Karts at Millbridge in 1986. Career highlights include, 1988-Millbridge, Picture Lady Memorial Race, Track Championship in 1992 Street Stock v8.

The thrill of racing for Ra is winning. His most exciting racing moment was his first Late Model win. He is most proud of being a clean driver.

His racing hero is Kenny Schrader.
