Johnnie started racing in 2003 in the
Super Street Class at Modoc Speedway because it was a family hobby.
He grew up helping his Father when he raced. Johnnie's first win
was in '04 in the Super Street Class at Gordon Park Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Johnnie is the
competition of a good close race. Going fast doesn't hurt either!
His most exciting racing moment was being able to race 3 wide in a Crate
Late Model. He's most proud of over 40 Super Street wins and 4
Championships in 7 years. The best thing is that his family was
there all the way with him.
Johnnie's racing hero is Scott
Bloomquist. He has put Dirt Track racing on the map and given all
racers goals to strive for.
Of racing, Johnnie says, "I would stress
the fact that racing is a family event. You can have some of the
best time of your life at the Dirt Track on a Saturday night with family
and friends!".
