Carl Powell drives the #04 Super Late Model Class car.  His home track is Clary's Speedway.  He lives in Emporia, VA.

Team members helping Carl are:  Mitchell Powell, Bones, Spence, Ricky, Monk. 

Carl started racing in 2004 in the Super Late Model Class car at Clary's Speedway because he's always been around it and got tired of watching so he had to have one.  His first win was in '08 in the Super Late Model Class at Clary's Speedway.  Career highlights include '04 finished 3rd in the Points, '08 first career win.

The thrill of racing for Carl is that he's able to do this every week.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win.  He's most proud that he has a car that can run up front and family that supports him every week.

Of racing, Carl says, "That dirt track racing is an exciting sport.  Once you watch it, you're hooked!".
