Shaun Mangum drives the #25 Late Model Stock Class car.  He lives in Monroe, NC.  His home track is Concord Motorsports Park.

He started racing in 1996 in the Street Stock Class at Lancaster Motor Speedway because he'd been around racing all his life.  Shaun's first win was in 1996 in the Street Stock Class at Lancaster Motor Speedway.  In 1996 Shaun was Rookie of the Year with 7 wins.  In 1997 he was Points Champion with 5 wins.  Shaun had 11 wins in 2002 in the Late Model Stock class and 5 wins so far this year.

The thrill of racing for Shaun is the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was in 1997 when he ran an entire race with the throttle stuck wide open and won!  He doesn't want to do that again!  He's most proud of what he's accomplished, where he's come from and where he wants to be!

Of racing, Shaun says, "You have to put all of your heart into it!".
