Billy Lemmon

Billy Lemmon drives the #74 Limited Stock Class car.  He lives in Salisbury, NC.  His home track is Concord Motorsports Park but he can also be found racing at Myrtle Beach Speedway.

He started racing in 1997 in the Street Stock Class at Concord Motorsports Park because his brother-in-law got him started.  His first win was in the Limited Stock class at Concord Motorsports Park.  So far in 2003 Billy has won 9 out of the 12 races that he's run in.

The thrill of racing for Billy is his Pit Crew's excitement about winning!  His most exciting racing moment was his first win in 2001 when he was driving car #81 for Kiker Racing.  He's most proud of being known as a clean racer, not pushing or wrecking other's cars.

Jeff Melton and Bobby Labonte are Billy's racing heroes.

Of racing, Billy says, "That it is a team sport!! The driver is only 13%!".
