He started racing in 1994 in Go Karts in Kershaw S.C. because he wanted to be the best. His first win was in 1994 Pee Wee Class in Kershaw, S.C. Career highlights include, Go Karts 3 National Championship, 4 State N.C. Asphalt Championship, North American Karting Champion, 2 N.C. Dirt Championship.

The thrill of racing for Clinton is the need for speed. His most exciting racing moment was when he won the North American Karting Championship. He is most proud of all of his accomplishments.

His favorite racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Jr.
