Jeff Whitley drives the #85 Mini Stock Class car.  He lives in Charlotte, NC.  His home track is Concord Motorsports Park.

He started racing in 1998 in the Mini Stock Class at Concord Motorsports Park.  His first win was in 1998 in the Mini Stock Class at Concord.  In 2001 Jeff was the Track Champion, had 18 poles and 8 wins.

The thrill of racing for Jeff is the speed.  He's most proud of his 18 poles.
