Luther Johnson drives the #05 Pure Stock Class car.  His home track is Carolina Speedway but he can also be found racing at Dublin Motor Speedway. He lives in Conway, SC.

Team members helping Luther are:   Dale Johnson, Scott.  Dale and Luther Johnson are the car owners.

Luther started racing in 1996 in the Stock Light and Stock Medium Go Kart Class at Low Country, Conway Kartway and Loris because his Dad raced Busch cars and Luther loves racing.  His first win was in 2000 in the Stock Light at #9 Loris.  Career highlights include his love for building race cars.

The thrill of racing for Luther is the pure enjoyment of it.  He's most proud of being able to race with his Dad.

Luther's racing hero is his Dad, Dale Johnson.

Of racing, Luther says, "It's real fun but expensive!".
