Donald Babb jr. drives the #12JR Micro Sprint Class car.  His home track is East Lincoln Speedway.  He lives in Mooresville, NC.

Team members helping Donald are:  Mom - Brenda, Dad - Donald, Jennifer, Jeff, Kevin, Ashley.  Donald Babb Jr. is the car owner.

Donald started racing in 1997 in the Rookie Sportsman Go Kart class at Oakland Valley Raceway Park after watching racing since the age of 2, he decided it was time to try it!  His first win was in that same year.  Career highlights include finishing 2nd in the IKF Series in '98, 15 wins at Oakland Valley between the years of 1997- 2003.

The thrill of racing for Donald is the competitiveness.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first race ever!  He was shocked due to the fact that it was his first year racing.  He's most proud of doing well in racing and now having a full sponsor.

Donald's racing hero is Tony Stewart.

Of racing, Donald says, "Racing is a very expensive sport.  You need to want to race to be able to do it well.  Racing is a fun family sport!".
