Blane Huffman drives the #27 Late Model Modified Sportsman Class car.  His home track is East Lincoln Speedway but he can also be found racing at Hickory Motor Speedway and Tri-County Motor Speedway.  He lives in Denver, NC.

Blane started racing in 2001 in the Street Stock Class at Hickory Motor Speedway because he loved the adrenaline rush!  His first win was in '05 in the Street Stock Class at Hickory Motor Speedway.  Career highlights include July 7, '07 Feature winner at East Lincoln Speedway, finishing 3rd in the Points at Hickory Motor Speedway in '04, 2 Poles at Tri-County Motor Speedway and Rookie of the Year in '01 at Hickory Motor Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Blane is the competition and the challenge.  His most exciting racing moment was his first victory at East Lincoln after only 16 races.  He drove asphalt for 5 years before he got a win.  He's most proud of being competitive on both asphalt and dirt!

Blane's racing hero is Rusty Wallace.
