Jeff McLamb drives the #2 Pure Stock Class
car. He lives in Dunn, NC. His home track is Fayetteville
He started racing in 2000 in the Pure
Stock Class at Fayetteville Motorsports Park because it was in his blood.
He loves NASCAR and speed! His first win was in 2004 in the Pure
Stock Class at Fayetteville during the first race of the season.
Career highlights include Sportsman of the Year in 2001, B Main Feature
win in 2001 and 2004 Best Car in Show (Pure Stock).
The thrill of racing for Jeff is the door
to door, speed, competition and the fans. The "Controlled slide on
dirt." thrills Jeff. His most exciting racing
moment was when he finished 2nd one time in a Feature race in 2001 to
Junior Clark, who has won many Track Championships.
Winning his first race in 2004 was a BIG
thrill. Jeff is most
proud of his Sportsman Trophy. In competition, think of him as a
clean, hardnosed racer. Other Drivers know they they can race with
Jeff, and that he will race HARD but real fair.
Jeff's racing hero is Rusty Wallace.
Tim Hester - Father-in-law
Of racing, Jeff says, "Thanks to the fans
for their support! What a rush it is!".
