Sammy Jackson drives the #5s Super Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Fayetteville Motor Speedway.  He lives in Fayetteville, NC.

Sammy started racing in 1962 in the Modified Class at Old Fayetteville Speedway for the love of racing. 

The thrill of racing for Sammy is just to race.  His most exciting racing moment was in 1965 when he flipped the car 7 times, taking a while to heal up.  He's most proud of helping his sons race.

Sammy's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
