Dale Erickson drives the #9E Open Wheel Modified Class car.  His home track is Fayetteville Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Dublin Motor Speedway.  He lives in Hope Mills, NC.

Dale started racing in 2001 in the Super Street Class at Fayetteville Motor Speedway because a friend got him started and he couldn't stop.  His first win was in 2005 in the Open Wheel Class at Dublin Motor Speedway.  Career highlights include 2005 one win and finishing 4th in the Points, three 2nd's, four 3rd's at Dublin Motor Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Dale is the close racing and the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first race.  He's most proud of racing with his brothers and friends.

Dale's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
