 Willie Milliken

Willie Milliken drives the #85 Late Model Class car.  His home track is Fayetteville Motor Sports Park but he can also be found racing at Dublin Motor Speedway, Carolina Speedway, County Line Raceway and Clary's Speedway.  He lives in Hope Mills, NC.

Team members helping Willie are:  Greg Spivey, Dylan Spivey, Isaac Soles, Terry Cartette, Josh Cribb, Randy Spivey and Phillip Malpass.  Randy and Melissa Guyton are the car owners.

Willie started racing in 1998 in the Charger Division at Carolina Speedway-Lakeview because he's always had a passion for it and it's something he knew he wanted to do.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 8 Track Championships - 1 Charger Championship, 2 Super Street Stock Championships, and 5 Late Model Championships and 153 career wins.

The thrill of racing for Willie is it's a rush unlike any other!  His most exciting racing moment was starting from the rear of the field, in the 18th place, after blowing a tire while leading for the first 10 laps, having 10 laps left to come from 18th place and he passed the leader for the win, coming out of turn 4 at Dublin Motor Speedway, on the high side for the win!  He's most proud of winning two different titles twice at two different tracks for the same division in the same year - Late Model in '07 and '11.

Willie's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Of racing, Willie says, "If ya can't sling it hard, leave it in the yard!".
