Walter Bond drives the #007 U-Car Class car.  His home track is Hammerdown Speedway.  He lives in West End, NC.

Walter started racing in 1988 in the Pure Stock Class at Paradise Raceway for the love of speed and competition, building something from scratch and winning with it.  His first win was in 1988 in the Pure Stock Class at Weedsport Speedway.  Career highlights include Track Champion in Enduro, 20 wins in 1991 with 4 consecutive wins.

The thrill of racing for Walter is the success from scratch.  His most exciting racing moment was starting 40th and winning in Enduro, of which he's most proud.

Walter's racing  hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
