Buffkin. Dan Connor is the car owner.
Tanner started racing in 2007 in the
Super Street Stock Class at Fayetteville Motor Speedway and Dublin Motor
Speedway because his Grandfather raced for 26 years, it's in his blood,
been watching NASCAR and visiting local tracks since age of 18 months
old. Career highlights include currently 3rd in the Points at
Hammerdown Speedway, 5th in the Points at Dublin Motor Speedway and
finishing 2nd at Hammerdown Speedway.
The thrill of racing for Tanner is the
adrenaline rush from the speed and competing against drivers a lot older
with more experience. His most exciting racing moment was
finishing 2nd in Points at Hammerdown Speedway. He's most proud of
being alive to do it and his Grandpa healthy and able to be with him to
work on his car. Also, making him proud of Tanner.
Tanner's racing heroes are his Grandpa,
Dan Connor and Roger Dale Hammond.
Of racing, Tanner says, "It's a great
adrenaline rush that is a lot harder than it looks!".
