Danny Chafin

Danny Chafin drives the #05 Late Model Stock Class car.  He lives in Catawba, NC.  His home track is Hickory Motor Speedway. 

He started racing in 2003 in the Late Model Class because he's dreamed of racing all his life.  Career highlights include finishing 8th at Hickory MS his first year and he got to run in the Bobby Issac Memorial Race and finished 12th. 

Danny's greatest racing thrill was starting his first race and completing it without wrecking. 

Bobby Issac is Danny's racing hero.
